Pay Fixation and Arrear Processing in SPARK

Government have issued detailed instructions on the payment of pay revision arrears from 01/07/2014 to 31/01/2016.SPARK Module for taking Pay revision arrear from 7/2014 to 1/2016 of employees has been updated. Before processing Pay revision arrears in SPARK, Service history of all employees should be updated correctly, Drawn statement for the pay revision period should be there in SPARK and if the employee is on deputation,the drawn details needs to be updated in SPARK.
The pay and allowance of the State government employees have been revised with effect from 01.07.2014. In order to have uniformity in pay fixation , NIC has developed a module in SPARK for fixation of pay in the revised scale. All DDOs are therefore instructed to make use of this module for pay revision fixation in respect of NGO's under their control.
